LUAP features in Artists Who Work Under Extreme Conditions, bringing his travel-led Photography into a feature alongside Marina Abramović, Chris Burden and ORLAN, whose practices have involved physically demanding, dangerous or unconventional conditions.
The feature follows The Pink Bear through mountains, landfill and desert landscapes, highlighting the physical journeys involved in making the Photography on location. Published ahead of LUAP’s Mongolia expedition, it also looks forward to travelling on horseback through the country to photograph The Pink Bear with golden eagles.
